BEHIND THE MUSIC

Born in Barbados, Alan is an artiste/entertainer with tremendous energy and experience. Lead singer songwriter with the Caribbean’s Legendary Spice and Company,  Alan has performed in the UK, Europe, New York, Toronto, Miami, Latin and Central America, and throughout the Caribbean with his own unique sound .

Alan has composed and produced over nine albums with Spice and Co including "Camouflage", "Dance Across The Seas", "The World Dance", creating hit songs played at festival and carnivals around the world.

Alan's composition "In De Congaline" was published with Walt Disney Records on "The Little Mermaid's Sabastian The Crab Party Gras Album".

He has been voice actor for The Warner Channel and his works distributed in Latin America by Sony Music.

His new originals as a solo artist are catchy dance and sing alongs at any premium entertainment center.

Alans live show mixes the hits of Elton John, Billy Joel, Bob Marley, Sting, Michael Buble´ and many more.

Alan is a diverse and untouchable artiste in the music industry.

Performing his high energy show, Alan plays multiple instruments including the piano, guitar and drums, singing an incredibly wide range of musical genres, including reggae and soca from the Caribbean.

In 2020, Alan has written and produced four new singles which have received overwhelming response from fans in Barbados and around the world.

"Noise for the Frontline' a call to action in support for the frontline workers across the globe fighting the pandemic,  'Black Lives matter More Than This', inspired by the global BLM movement, 'Welcome to Barbados', a passionate love song to his island home, now being used to promote the '12 Month Barbados Welcome Stamp' initiative, and 'The Child Jesus' especially for the Christmas season of 2020.

Alan created in 2020 the album 'Waves of My Soul', an instrumental volume of music for deep meditational journeys, much needed in these challenging times.
